Workshop 1: Wellness Wednesday, March 20, 4:00-5:30pm
How can we care for the emotional, mental, bodily, and spiritual health of our students? What are the risks faced by LGBTQ+ youth? What are the different approaches to wellness recommended by counselors and other mental health professionals?
Workshop 2: Identity Development Wednesday, April 10, 4:00-5:30pm
How is the construction of identity both an individual and communal task? How does socialization impact the development of personal identity? How do we understand the Catholic identity of our schools in the context of an increasingly diverse society and student body?
Workshop 3: Accompaniment Wednesday, April 24, 4:00-5:30pm
What are the ways we walk with our students? What are appropriate responses? When is intervention necessary? What resources are available? How can we cultivate a culture of accompaniment in our schools?
