This form is necessary to apply for the Jesuit or Diocese of Cleveland Tuition Waiver.

Jesuit Scholarship:
Any Jesuit Priest or Brother is eligible for 100% tuition waiver.

Diocese of Cleveland Scholarship: Any religious order of priest working within the Diocese of Cleveland will be considered for 100% tuition waiver. Any order of brothers, nuns, or deacons working within the Diocese of Cleveland will be considered for 50% tuition waiver.
